Remote Assistance with TeamViewer Quick Support

1. Download the latest version of Teamviewer Quick Support.
Download for Windows - Download for Mac

2. Choose to save or run the file. If you choose to save you will need to locate and run the file before proceeding with step 3.

3. Give Session ID and password to the consultant scheduled to assist you.

About TeamViewer Quick Support:
To gain access to your computer you will have to provide both the ID and the password to us. This is a very secure solution for remote support where all traffic is encrypted. We will not have access to your computer after the session is over.
