Problem with password pop-up in Outlook

If you experience problems with password pop-up prompts in Outlook please follow the instructions in this article.

This fix is for Windows operating systems only.

Download and unpack the attachment below in this article.

Double-click on the unpacked file named "Office365_PW_fix_ADD.bat" and do a restart of your workstation.

The file changes some settings on your computer that disables the auto configure function in Outlook, this means that you will need to undo the changes if your later need to configure a new email account on your workstation.

To undo the changes double-click the file named "Office365_PW_fix_DELETE.bat"
